Logic puzzle
Snoozegrid is a logic puzzle. The board is split into colorful blankets, and each one needs exactly one little animal to sleep on it.
There are three rules: one animal per blanket, one per row and column, and no animal touches another, not even diagonally. With them, you can work out where each one goes without guessing.
There are no lives. When an animal breaks a rule, the squares turn red and you fix it however you like, with unlimited undo.
There are 10 chapters, each with one animal: rabbit, panda, penguin, pig, elephant, giraffe, monkey, hippo, parrot and snake. Every level you win adds a new item to that animal's bedroom, and at the end of the chapter the whole family goes to sleep.

If you like Meowdoku or LinkedIn's Queens, you will feel right at home: it is the same kind of logic. The difference is that here there are no lives, every level has only one answer and the hint explains the reasoning.
How to play
- Tap a square once to mark an X (nobody sleeps there).
- Tap again to place the little animal.
- Drag your finger or the mouse to mark several X's at once.
- Each blanket, each row and each column gets just one animal.
- Animals cannot touch, not even diagonally.
- You win when every animal is in place and asleep.
Controls
- Mouse or touch: click to mark an X, click again to place the animal
- Drag: marks an X on several squares
- Keyboard: arrows move, Space marks an X, Enter places the animal, Z undoes, H asks for a hint
- Hint: shows the next deduction and explains why
- Undo and Clear: free and unlimited
Tips
- Start with the small blankets: they have few possible squares.
- If a whole blanket sits in a single row, the rest of that row gets no animal.
- The automatic X's show everything an animal already takes up. You can turn them off in Settings.
- Rocks are squares where nobody sleeps.
- For three stars, finish without a hint and without putting any animal in conflict.
- The daily puzzle is worth an extra hint.
