Casual 3D: hop, rescue and farm

Hoparade is a 3D game where you hop lane by lane. You play Hoppy, a bunny in a red scarf, crossing roads full of cars, trains, rivers and herds. Along the way, you rescue lost animals, who line up behind you.

The longer the line, the bigger the risk and the reward. Take the animals to the rescue van to save them for good and fill the Freeze power bar, which slows the whole world down for a few seconds.

There are five worlds: the Meadow, the Forest with sleeping herds and animals that switch lanes, the Swamp where some logs are crocodiles, the Beach with leaping fish and crabs, and the Cliffs with gusts of wind and diving birds.

Between runs, you look after your farm with the animals you saved: plant, water, harvest and serve customers.

If you like Crossy Road, Frogger, Hay Day

If you like Crossy Road or Frogger, you'll enjoy the challenge of finding the gap in traffic. What's different is the line of animals you rescue and protect, the Freeze power, and a farm that grows with the animals you saved, Hay Day style.

How to play

1. Hop forward, back and sideways, one tile at a time.
2. Wait for a gap between the cars, the train and the logs before each hop.
3. Rescue the lost animals: they join the line behind you.
4. Take the animals to the rescue van to save them and charge up Freeze.
5. Use Freeze when traffic gets tight: the world slows down for a few seconds.
6. Take care of the farm between runs, then head back out for the next one.

Controls

• Arrow keys or W A S D: hop
• Shift or E: use Freeze (when the bar is full)
• Hold Q (or the right mouse button): put the animals in the backpack
• On mobile: swipe to hop, tap to hop forward, and use the Freeze and Backpack buttons on the screen
• On the farm: drag to move the camera and tap to use the selected tool

Tips

• Don't leave animals behind: each one you ignore makes Hoppy feel guilty and slower, until you rescue another.
• Look both ways along the lane before you hop: traffic comes from both sides.
• Save Freeze for the train or the highway.
• In the Swamp, watch for eyes and nostrils: a log that looks like a log might be a crocodile.
• The shiny promo truck gives hearts, coins, seeds or a new animal for the farm.
• Sleeping animals in the lane block your way. Look for the gap between them.
